How it works
CPQ Selector maintains a set of around 40 capability attributes — the dimensions CPQ systems actually differ on, from product and pricing complexity to CRM fit, security and implementation effort.
The assessment maps your answers onto those attributes and assigns each one a priority: must-have, important, or nice-to-have. The result is a requirement profile grouped by area, with guidance on what to look for and what to ask vendors for every point you care about.
The RFI pack is the same profile written as a document you can send to vendors, so each one is briefed against identical requirements.
The model is the same for everyone. No vendor pays to change your profile or your guidance. When ranked shortlists of named systems arrive, capability scores will carry a source and a review date, and commercial relationships will never affect the ranking.
