Who we are

What we collect

• Assessment answers. The options you select in the assessment, stored against an anonymous token so you can return to your result. No name or company is required to complete it.
• Contact details. If you request the RFI pack, we store the email address and optional company name you provide.
• Usage analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect personal data or track you across sites. It records aggregate page views and events (such as “RFI request”).

How we use it

• To generate and let you download your requirement profile and RFI pack.
• To send occasional product updates about CPQ Selector to the email you provided. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To understand aggregate usage and improve the assessment.

Legal basis (GDPR): consent for the email you submit; legitimate interest for cookieless aggregate analytics.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your contact details or answers with CPQ vendors or other third parties. We use infrastructure providers (hosting and database) that process data on our behalf under contract. If that changes in future — for example, an opt-in to be introduced to a vendor — we will ask for your explicit consent at that point and update this policy.

Retention

Assessment records and contact details are kept while they are useful for the service and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@cpqselector.com.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or withdraw consent for processing. Contact us at the address above. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
