The service
CPQ Selector, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], provides a self-service assessment that produces a CPQ requirement profile and an RFI document based on the answers you give. It is provided free of charge and for general informational purposes.
No warranty, no advice
The output is generated from a fixed model and your inputs. It is not professional, legal, financial or procurement advice, and it does not guarantee any particular outcome. You are responsible for your own evaluation and purchasing decisions. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no automated scraping at scale, no attempts to disrupt or probe the infrastructure, and no submitting unlawful content. We may rate-limit or block access to protect the service.
Intellectual property
The assessment content, capability model and generated documents are ours. You may use the requirement profile and RFI document you generate for your own CPQ selection, including sharing them with vendors and advisers.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on the output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
